I was a professional soccer coach in Columbus for a decade.. Was with the best soccer coaches in America all day, every day. Ironically I stopped in Dave’s Gym on Thursday looking to ask a question. With that being said, Listening to Dave talk to John or the two Mikes. Or Milos, Justin Harris, etc. these are the only guys that remind me of talking about training with the best soccer coaches in America. The best coaches in the world are all neurotic and think the same. Logically breaking down processes and understanding the psychologies of not only their athletes but also how our psychology affects the group of our athletes. When John talks about life lessons, I feel it. Because the way we are, we can take life to limit.. So there’s a maturation process and when John talks about that. That’s how you can connect emotionally to your clients, your players, your students.. All legendary coaches connect with their players on a deep, emotional level. I never knew John personally but whenever he speaks he always feels like a friend. That goes to Woody Hayes saying, “you win with people” etc.

I liked a lot of John Meadows videos and Johns articles in tnation back around 2010 were very cool and memorable.
What I remember most are those smith machine videos where i learned some nice exercises like a smith lunge to isolate quads. I had dismissed the smith machine as wimpy before John made videos about it and it opened new exercises for me.

Natural you will eventually reach a max muscle point and from there just maintain. If you are taking gear you will also reach a max muscle point on your current dosage and you should train incredibly hard until you realize this is my max size on this dosage and then you add as little as possible to reach a new size. New Bodybuilders start with way too high a dosage of gear.

One thing that is very hard to control on even low-moderate dosages of steroids is platelet count. That’s part of the ergogenic benefit of steroids is they increase red blood cell count. The downside is of course increased risk for clotting. There’s all sorts of things you can take to control blood pressure, regulate lipids, and protect your liver…but lots of bodybuilders dies suddenly due to clots.

Had a 5 hour drive yesterday and listened to the entire thing.
The one thing I’d like Dave to expand on is why he was so upset that he competed as pro. I sort of get being irritated, but Dave makes it very clear he was beyond irritated. Was that due to concern over his health?

Insted of watching 5 hours of talking shit, I will tell you EXACTLY how to get big, NR 1 how much money you have? cus you need to use alot of growth hormone and peds, im not talking about 2g of gear I talk about atleast 5g and up, AND GH and some slin aswell. NR 2 you need to force feed yourself with good food. even when u feel like u cant eat u eat a little more. NR 3 TAKE your supplements im not talking about vitamin C i talking NAC, Heart protection, blood preassure supplement etc etc. supplement for organs, and drink shit tons of water. NR 4 Go as hard you can with peds and GH as long as you can, if you need a break take 1 month from EVERYTHING then u jump on it again and PUSH do this for some years and u will be big as fuck, but it will cost you ALOT OF FUCKING MONEY, most people cant afford it. there u go, and dont forget to train

@@corneliusparkin2401 i will tell you like 15 years ago, there was a friend of mine, he was a swedish pro i will not say his name. He told me his dosages in person AND he talked to the american pros alot, remember this was 15 years or so now. he was a friend of branch Warren and branch told my friend cus he was curious what branch took to grow to be that crazy big, he said to my friend ATLEAST 10g of Test a week, remember now this is only test, we not talking about orals or the rest peds and gh. But 10 fucking grams of just test a week. Did branch maybe lie? Well who knows, but my friend also had some german bodybuilder friends that was crazy big that also took around that amount of gear, aswell as martin kjellström was a friend of my friend. And I heard what he took and its crazy. So yeah fuck off. I have the truth and I dont care if anyone belive. And im not against peds i just tell the god damn truth. Like i said before most people cant afford being crazy big cus u need to have alot of money.
