Hello! I just came across your video recently and I order a delfonics pouch from the link you provided. I ordered it August 11th and I haven't gotten a shipping notification. I emailed them and contacted them through Instagram but no one has answered me. Does it take a long time to ship or to arrive? Thank you!

Hello! Oh no, I am so sorry to be reading this! This is unusual and we usually ship out as soon as we can. We usually ask for 7 business days, but we have been shipping them out quicker recently. I have not received any emails regarding Delfonics pouches- please email me with your order number so that I can properly investigate. I am very sorry for the inconvenience caused.
