- I did not need a new E85 carburetor, but when I saw ATM innovations had a E85 950 CFM carburetor under $700 shipped, I had to give them a try. This is one of the best deals I have ever seen for a NEW E85 carburetor, and I was shocked how spot on this unit was out the box.

Sweet !! Man, I'm so glad to hear you approve !! I have one of these on stand by to bolt to my new 505ci Mopar stroker. Brand new, same exact 950 as well. I couldn't believe the price too !! Any other new 950 cfm e85 carb is 1k + off the shelf. Not including shipping and tax. Really looking forward to your tuning videos with this guy. Keep the killer content coming. 🍻
Great video! I appreciate all the testing and sharing. I bought an ATM e85 950cfm after watching your video.
I have a 540 bb Chevy in my Chevelle on spray, I'm thinking about switching to e85 due to race gas prices. Great video brother
I'm going to start adding N2o in the mix myself.
@@TPVPRO do you have any issues with e85 causing varnish and gunk inside the carb? Like after sitting for a little while (1-2 months)? My engine builder suggested I stay on C16 because I don't drive the car during the winter and he said I'm just asking for trouble by letting e85 sit for a while. I have alot of friends running e85 on boost but they are all EFI and they drive their cars year round and don't allow the car to sit.
@@Bobthebuilder.69 I don't let it sit more than a week myself. I have a separate tank for my N2o. I am planning on draining it and filling with gas when not in use.
Awsome video. I just ordered atm 850 e85. They are 2 weeks out, hand built for your car
The only thing that I get a little leery on is that the parts they use, which I believe the base plate and the main body are Proform parts. I don’t have much experience with that brand, but I see they are significantly cheaper than Holley parts. Are proform parts US made or imported?
Man I love your content, you’ve helped me greatly!!! Would love to get in contact with you, trying to get a TH-cam going and I think your stuff is great. Ps I also have an s10
What fuel pressure regulator are you using with this?
You da man. I concur with your philosophy bruh!!!!
I’m putting your research to work.
daaam that thing sounding nice real responsive
I’m thinking about replacing my proform 750 with a Atm 750
Proform is fine I can come out and help. I need content. 😁
Hey Tyler I just got off the phone with atm I ordered my 950 for my big block I was wondering what fuel log are you using ? I don't like the cheap one that is on my 850 they told me it's going to be 3 weeks they have that much work. Miss your videos man can't Waite till you drop the next one. What is a blow threw carb???
Is that the billet or cast ?
Turbo motor done yet,????
Can you run a mechanical fuelpump with a e85 carburetor?
Hey I’m running a 327 about 12/1 compression what size carb would you recommend for that application. Love the e85 videos btw!
What RPM do you spin it?
Wow I never got the notification that you responded sorry!! Up to 7k
What fuel pump you using and could I used for stock stage 2 cam lq9?
Good videos man
Im putting a 850 on my 306
Hello where can I get that carb but for gasoline looking For 850cfm For My Chevy 383
Hyd roller or soild
I talked to a guy at atm the other day about a 950 for my big block what size power valve did it come with? Also I heard that the jets are different then Holly's jets.
4.5 PV but I requested it. The jets are different but they will give you a sheet that has the Holley jet / specs. Just keep it and do not toss it like I did.😂
Can i buy that black carb?
Already gone
Where do u get or do u have the link of where I can get the bracket for accelerator linkage to get it close to 1 to 1 like u did thank you in advance
I have video 👍th-cam.com/video/RFJPhaFqAA8/w-d-xo.html
Oops this is the video 🤦th-cam.com/video/wWCpGON4Zis/w-d-xo.html
Thank you
Tpv which series’s carb is yours? xrcs950 I know they offer different series e85 carbs
Out of curiosity, why not EFI? With the money you have in those carbs, you're in EFI land from a money perspective.
Asking because I don't remember you addressing this topic in the past. And if you have, my excuse is that I drive an S-15 and I'm old. :)
Then how would everyone learn from my mistakes? The smart thing to do is skip Jim Jones E85 and Holley. Put an ATM on it and be done.
I was ready to swap EFI, but definitely considering this for the price, hard to hot rod on a budget. Nice review!!
@@brandonedwards9812They have really come down a lot in price when looking at the carb-style setups. Some sell for about the same amount as a good carb and supports about the same power level. Options are great!
I consider $670 a hearty chunk for a carburetor. Quick Fuel street carb is $385 a big difference while 650 cfm is better on street anyway. Drag race 950 carb is not comfortable to drive on street and not necessary. You need to admit that your setting up for drag racing not street. That’s a drag car your not fooling anybody. ATM guys came from original Quick Fuel so same basics, different name. Calibrations for your engine are not going to be anywhere close to what I’m gonna need on a REAL street engine. IFR, air bleeds,PVR, jets and nozzles etc will be totally different.
Is that a Vortech or Procharger blower?
Vortech V-7 YSi
Are you running pump E85?
Yes
Hey I just got my 950 today it's a xrb950 and I think it's going to be fine on my big block you and Bill from the omg channel know yall shit when it comes to carburetors so I pulled the trigger on one ì hope to have my motor in my car and on the street in the next month or 2 still got to get my headers that's 1100 dollars for them and I'm at a job where I only make half of what I use too and I don't want to mess with my savings so I buy something when I get the money together I am really looking for a roller to put my motor and Trans in I really don't want to screw up my 88 ss monte carlo it runs and drives to good to make a race car out of it. I do have a chance to buy a 62 impala that's a old super stock drag car it's been raced sense 1965 it's a true ss car so I think I'm going to go that route. Anyway thanks for all your videos and take care of mr. Sparkles...lol your friend from Louisiana Rick 427
