I just watch listings on eBay & Reverb like a hawk!! HAHA And also they pop up quite often on Yahoo Auctions Japan and Mercari Japan. I use a site called Buyee to purchase from those since I am based in the US. They will add service fees & such but often the total still comes to be lower than what people ask for them other places. ORR if you're interested in any of these soundbanks and don't care about having the physical card, I'm happy to send the SYSEX data to your Email!! 👍
