Cheese wasn't served on the pasta, it came separate and each person could add to their taste. You can see him bring it to the table.

I find people who get irritated with veganism by default are dumb. I used to eat tonnes of meat & went vegan this year - there’s LOADS of amazing foods & ingredients. The mind boggles.
