This video challenges that myth and provides insight into the law clerk application process from multiple perspectives including a current Ninth Circuit judge, a law professor and three practicing lawyers -- all of whom are former law clerks from non T-14 schools.
Participants:
Honorable John B. Owens, Circuit Judge, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit
Professor Amy Levin, LMU Loyola Law School, Los Angeles
Rosio Flores Arriaga, Litigation Associate, Munger, Tolles & Olson
David Moreshead,
Litigation Associate, Munger, Tolles & Olson
Nicole Ochi
