I've had great success using dollar general brown rice and crockpot liners to make a large amount of PC grainspawn at once. I then use gallon freezer bags and innoculate with agar.

What if you don't have a flow hood? Do you seal the bags after?
When you did sorghum, was it he same ratio? Hahaha 20 years...I scored a 20lb bag for $10 bucks...a multigenerational batch, hahahahaha

Yes, we use the same ratios. Sorghum and millet are very similar grains in size and I couldn't tell the difference between the two after pc'ing.
How long hvae you been able to leave them?
I think I've gone 3 or 4 weeks without a problem.🙂
