How do we change the email address for where the contact form sends to? I have all shopify emails going to the same email. If I want to outsource customer service emails, I don't want them to see all the other shopify information such as sales.
You can change the email by going to Settings → Store Settings → Contact Info and change the sender email, just test it to make sure its working properly.
Great video it was very clear about how to set it up. Would you happen to know how you can check which email the contact form is sending the customer messages to?
HI, I would like to add an option for customers to add files when filling in the contact form. Could you explain how? Or is there a video where I can check this?
Hi, the best way to do this would be to use a page builders that allows you to add custom fields to their forms as it would require coding to do this on the standard contact form.
Great- but where do the messages go?? I can't find out how to receive the messages. Do they goto an email? Do they land on a shopify page somewhere? So confused...
By default, they will go to the email address you used to sign up to Shopify with, if you want to change it then go into your settings th-cam.com/video/FpPDfIUVCQg/w-d-xo.html

Thank you. If you look at the store details in settings, it will show the contact email but to double check, you can just test it out for yourself.
Thanks!
No problem!
Thank you for the great video! How do you make certain fields required?
No problem and hope it was helpful. To do that requires modifying the section code or you can use a page builder app that includes a contact form.
my submit button on my contactpage is gone. Can someone please explain how to fix this?
