Tokino Sora is one of the first person who got into Hololive Production as a Vtuber and an idol. In Japan, it is a taboo when a girls idol interact with boys idol group, so seeing Sora visited and talked with Roberu was so special for them both and also the viewers, that's why I translated it so everyone can enjoy it too.

Yeah theres no need to worry, she has plenty of people to spend time with offstream events and hangouts than the other members. In fact, most of the other Holo streamers are introverts (Aqua, Pekora, Korone, etc) and mostly only active online. She is only the few that doesn't rely on superchats and memberships, you should really be worried about the others.
She does but at least Iofi and A chan are there.
@@juampisito i dont understand why people keep mentioning Iofi. They collab twice and only chatted online a few times. If you look at only Hololive, its Azki and Miko thats much closer to her than Iofi. Sora has many real life vtuber friends she has known for years and see regularly.
Roberu is such a great host, isnt he. We know he must be nervous as hell, but he also sense how nervous Sora is, probably for various reasons. So he tried to man up and steer the flow of the conversation to make Sora comfortable.

I'd imagine Sora understands more than anyone how important that 100k was to roberu. She had to work her ass off to get where she is now, and she's watched many of her kouhai's dash forward as well. And Roberu almost certainly understands the recognition given by Sora, since holostars has also had their own struggle with getting the same momentum they've seen their kouhai's of hololive gain. I genuinely hope 2021 is the year of Holostars. At the very least, I hope they all get 3D models by the next fes and are able to perform in it.

Most people don't actually know they exist since they have about a 10th of the viewership that Hololive gets. Realistically, I'd say it should be close to half. Collabs with Hololive frequently to the point of being able to compete with Nijisanji would be so good to. I wanna see Astel and Amelia play Apex or something, that would be hysterical.

roberu struck a great niche, and was a awarded quite a bit of fame with the few clips and memes that did exist about his "winning son" episode that helped him grow his own way, but unfotunately the other Stars didn't quite hit that spark just yet.
i believe that if we are to consciously make and effort to expose them to the rest of the community we may eventually see the spark that initiates their "easier" growth, i just hope we won't have any more of them break down from the stressful experience of low subs under an agency and graduate before their deserved prime.

But yeah, I do believe if there are more clips that expose them they will spark eventually. Even last year, Korone or Pekora was on 100K subs and look at the end of 2020, they have 1M. I don't think they're gonna have the same rapid growth as them but I do hope a miracle will come!

I think til now the one who talk with Sora with full friendly term are Gen0 Gen1 OKFAMS and Iofi. I might be missing some but this all the one I saw.
Actually Gen 2 and Gen 3 are also quite close with Sora with a few exceptions since some haven't collab with Sora yet. The collab with Choco is full with teasing moments but it got privated. Aqua have played horror game with Sora before, also got privated. And many more privated Sora's collab with the others. Many of the 4th and 5th gen missed the opportunity with Sora, since she was really busy at that time until now.

If about outside of hololive, there are many, almost all the big vtuber back in 2018 friendly with each other and you can't even count the small one too

I think, for Sora it's kinda a new experience to even be able to talk with someone of the Holostars, since she is a really shy person and you can really hear out of her voice how she is trying not to be too awkward, but also trying to keep up a good mood and atmosphere. I am very happy for Our winning son to be able to talk to her. But one thing I noticed is, as soon as Roberu said, " are u a saint?", he noticed that she probably didn't like it to be called that, so he quickly changed the topic (my point of view). I hope there will be more stuff with Sora and the Holostars, even if the hard-core idol fans don't like it.

Been so busy I'm unable to catch Holostars or Hololive streams so clips like these are an absolute gem I'm so glad even Sora visited the holobros yep I'm guessing 2021 Holostars will finally start getting the attention they deserve. Also for Sora too she wanted grow as well to interact with en fans and other members so I'm glad she's traversing outside her comfort zone honestly never got why people liked her but after watching her streams after getting into hololive via en debut I understand how hard she works and how she rather be treated normal instead of on a pedestal honestly I look forward to the day both Sora and Holostars get on HoloTalk so maybe a lot of new fans can learn more about them.

It's no secret that Nijisanji is losing to Hololive and it's mainly because of the international fans. But there are two areas where Nijisanji outcompetes HoloPro:
1) Male Vtubers
2) Heterosexual collabs
There's demand in the EN market for these things. Holostars are proof of that as 80% of their audience is international. The JP vtuber community also knows that we demand for more collabs between Hololive and Holostars.
I'm sure Ichikara is going to attack Cover choke hold of the international market very hard. Ichikara bought the r/Nijisanji subreddit and some of their talents already posting there is proof of it.
With all of this in mind, I think YAGOO sent Sora to interact with Roberu to ease the strained bond between Hololive and Holostars and to normalize the interaction between them that will increase in the future.
idk man, its not that great of a demand, but it still exist there.
Think of it this way:
1) Holostars intended demographic was Japanese straight women.
2) Holostars actual demographic is international straight men.
We weren't even marketed to and we showed interest.
The reason is that we don't understand idols, for us they are just streamers and male streamers are the most popular in the West.
Of course, it kind of shows that Cover screwed up somewhere. Their incompetence at marketing and adapt to new demands is showing when they failed to launch Holostars EN and now they gave Nijisanji an opening that they could've prevented.
Kuzuha and Kanae are the current kings of Nijisanji and they show that male Vtubers can be successful and can compete with Hololive.

Me too. But it would be foolish to ignore that HoloPro has a big problem in its culture and organizational structure.
The fact that men and women interacting can cause scandals is an environment conducive to toxicity.
