I wanted to say ' this is your best video till date' , but held back because if this content is anything to go by, I can see many milestones being put behind by you.
Uncle's narration in Punjabi sounded like Sufi saint's ode to life. Waiting, accepting and moving on. Childrens' innocent smiles and love for uncle, His acknowledgement to uncle's way of living. Then the luscious bhature, simmering chole and your description of it ; suddenly drew my attention few centimetres below my heart, which the content had kept hooked on untill then.

P.S : The rustic backdrop, narrator's history across generation, apt musical undertones and your interactions and conclusion (with those typical motorcycle auto rickshaws) were premium. But ab in sab cheezon ki taarif nahi karni, ye to aapse expected hai ab ;-)
Harry paaji , I just love Atar Singhji . I am unlucky staying in Mumbai , had I been staying in Amritsar , I would touch his feet and take his blessings every day . Such a true man . Please guys , help him by making a point to visit him if in Amritsar , Sirji ko viral karr do . He has not disappointed us by living his life in such a inspiring way , abb apni baari hai dont disappoint , push everyone to visit him at least once if in Amritsar . And frankly that dish is worth more than 30 rs. please sirji ke liye at least 50 rs. Per dish banta hai.
