Thank you for posting this. My mom and I listened to this whole episode once and we had a really fun time. I miss her and thank you for reminding me of the good times we had together.
Ahhh... The very first "Fuckeulogy" (term coined by John Oliver in honor of Osama Bin Laden, on the occasion of his death a few years ago). I'm glad I found this. It's really excellent comedy. What does it take to get a "Fuckeulogy"? A hell of a lot. I can only think of 2 people they've given one to, so far: Bin Laden and Qaddafi.
@@hwren9845 I think he's doing a lot better lately without an audience. He always had a tendency to keep repeating things that got a laugh, which I found pretty annoying at times.
@@GodZefir Yeah his style on that show (with the audience - I haven't seen any of the more recent episodes for reasons I'm about to explain) got really obnoxious for me after a while. It seemed like he'd just yell things progressively louder if they got a decent reaction which takes all the humour away for me. I like my comedy to be a bit more subtle.
This is possibly the funniest 7 minutes of comedy I've ever heard. Just phenomenal throughout.

The Tora Bora Law Ignorer is such a good line too
'the Tora Bora Law ignorer...' Fucking genius.
Tony Gray Thats the best one liner I've ever heard
Thank you so much for uploading this, still absolutely hilarious after all this time
I've listened to every Bugle episode for the last five years. This is John Oliver at his best. "That is linguistically sensational!"
One of the greatest moments in podcast history.
If you can get Andy to full on guffaw, you have struck oil in your diamond mine.
Hate to break it to you, Cena didn't invent the twisting belly-to-belly suplex. Linguistically sensational though, damn right!

Lol "shot in the eye and you're too late... "
Kim Jong Il got one. Hugo Chavez nearly did, but not quite. Controversially, Margaret Thatcher didn't.
Bin Laden, Kim Jong il, Colonel Qaddafi and Robert Mugabe have been the only recipients
What's the music that gets stuck in his head before being quite dramatically removed?
here's the John Cena vid John talks about : th-cam.com/video/6maL6gq6qME/w-d-xo.html
How is this guy so funny here but so cringe on his own show? I mean I love Last Week Tonight, but only for the journalism; the humor is awful.
I find LWT amusing but he has a writing team for that show so the humour's a bit different. I definitely think he's funnier off the cuff.
