    I feel like this video is going to get A LOT of views. Not many videos out there for these installs, and none of them showing this much detail.

    Jay at JXB is amazing. I ordered one of these for my RS3 through a dealer and had trouble with them shipping the product. I took a chance and reached out to JXB as the dealer was blaming the "manufacturer for the delay. Jay responded right away. He stated he had not seen a order from the dealer so he reached out to the dealer and what do you know they placed an order. Top notch customer service from JXB. more companies should follow Jay's lead

      Absolutely. Jay is a model of how a business should be ran... Often to a loss on his end.

    Would you recommend installing it on a completely stock car? I just thought that it would handle more than OEM carrier whenever I wanted to floor the pedal.

    • @AudiC7Owners
      @AudiC7Owners  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      It isn't required but it would be a bad thing to install if you plan on building your car up.

    Did you get any vibration with yours? I just installed mine and above 60mph I feel like a hum/vibration in my seat.

    • @khaledalassiri86
      @khaledalassiri86 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Did you install the soft bushing and have you experienced vibrating before the installation of the carrier?

    • @AudiC7Owners
      @AudiC7Owners  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      I have ran both, and I don't notice any vibration when driving.
      There is slight vibration at idle, but it smith's out when I drive. The vibration is more prevalent with track bushings obviously.
      Right now I am testing the track carrier bushings with street isolation dampened & I think I like this the best so far.

      @@khaledalassiri86 yes soft bushing and zero vibration before hand. it's like a very fine buzzing if that makes sense but not really any noise just vibration.

      @@madjibzz I have the same problem. Did you do something with that?

    • @madjibzz
      @madjibzz 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@zibi1002007 hey man. yeah i did. contacted jxb and they recommended to install an additional washer in between the mount and the vehicle on each side and also an additional washer in between the two halves of the carrier bearing itself. They said I could go further than that and cut "windows" into the rubber mounts as well. I didn't do that part. But 4 washers later I have eliminated the vibration about 99%. Happy with it now. Contact JXB for anything more. Jay is very helpful. Good luck!

    This company makes strut mounts for the C7 as well. Have heard anything about them?

    • @AudiC7Owners
      @AudiC7Owners  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      No, but if Jay makes them then you can bet they are top notch.

      @@AudiC7Owners they have some interesting specs but I’m waiting to see how they compare with 034 mounts.

    🆘🆘🙏🙏 when D is on and the brake is pressed, jerks.
    and when switching from R to D, also a blow , Is this 100% a problem with the box? could it be a cardan issue?

    • @AudiC7Owners
      @AudiC7Owners  ปีที่แล้ว

      Honestly I'd have to feel it myself to know.
      But if it is giving you concern then you should get it inspected to make sure. Lots of movement could be the result of trans issues, or it could be engine mounts/control arms/etc

    • @federicfederic7800
      @federicfederic7800 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@AudiC7Owners there are no errors in the box. The levers have been changed, the motor mounts have also changed. Shock absorbers or front glasses need to be changed. Cardan has a little play. Mileage 120,000. S-tronic 3.0 tdi 218 Cv . Yesterday they did the maintenance of the oil filter box. Replaced PCV, replaced copper washers under the injectors. I really want you to listen to the sound of the engine. I have a recording of the sound of my motor on my channel - but that was almost a year ago. I really want you to listen to the sound now. Do you have telegram or whatsapp? or instagram? I beg you 🙏

    So installed this last month. Very noticeable vibration from about 55-65/70 mph. You get the same?
