BTS choreos are waayyyy more intricated and complex than BlackPink, BP is nowhere near as good as BTS

@@ignaciopazgarcia5370 BP are great in many aspects, but when it comes to choreographies, they are far from being the best. And not just because they are a gg. I know gg's choreos tend to be easier and all very similar, but some gg like Itzy or Loona have very powerful choreographies.

yes bts is perfect its sad jungkook had to say that himself in the iheartradio interview, but lemme explain.
*jungkook absorbs textbook techniques.* he is very good with fundamentals not only with dancing but singing and that is why he is called the golden maknae. how good his rapping and producing and video making skills are shows how he really can adapt in tasks and skill-gaining. but having fundamentals is not having that artistic factor with one's dancing. he is just amazing at controlling his body which not alot of people can learn to do unless they really drill it into their bodies. do note that jhope has better control of his body than jungkook.
v or taehyung got recently added in the dance line because he is amazing at dancing. *he had a certain groove in his dancing*, he can get final results and can move his body in the right place, but you can see the difference of technique jungkook and taehyung applies to their dancing everytime they dance. *taehyung's artistry lies in* *his reflection of his world and* *applying it to mediums like fine* *arts: photography, painting, and* *sketching, *his groovy* *dancing* *and liberal arts:* *composing and writing songs*. *his* *sense* *of* *fashion* also makes quite the statement by sticking to a certain silhouette (most of the time) and create his own unique style with many colors and textures. his dancing is good but you can see missteps that have been corrected.
yoongi is also a good dancer, *his *background in b-boying has* *taught him rhythm and* *importance of technique* but you can see how jungkook has better technique applied in his dancing.
namjoon has put *his own style in* *dancing, and like all of his* *members he is a professional* *dancer* but he doesnt have that much of a great technique compared to jungkook or yoongi.
jimin and jhope, however, moves beyond the boundaries of traditional textbook dancing. jimin definitely moves in his own way as well as jhope, they can apply technique to every movement in the right time and let go of the techniques in the right time to create a memorable routine for everyone to watch.
remember, bts members are as professional dancers just like blackpink members are in the sense that *they have been* *trained in dancing on top of* *their rap or dancing or singing* *skills*. but jimin and jhope has better artistry *in dancing*.

@@ignaciopazgarcia5370 Blackpink has more views for their mvs yes, but Bts tops them massively in album sales and charting, which are more valuable and shows said artists popularity. Mv views don't show an artists popularity; album charting does. The thing with Blackpink, they got too big way too fast. Bts had years to grow.. and YG focuses more on making them mainstream and popular internationally over the quality of their music/performances. Im a fan of both groups but facts are facts.
The Korean music shows focus way more on close up shots of their faces and emotions, not so much on wide shots.That's the way they shot.
One of my favorite group choreography is the Fake love one, it's so beautiful and another is Jimin's live performance of "lie", the performance is absolutely incredible.
There's a lot of live versions and a practice.

BTS performance fake love at MAMA 2018 was so amazing. It so artistic n beautiful performance. But the lighting was pretty bad as its too dark. They did uploaded own with static fancam at their own channel at bangtantv. And the official one for live performance at mnet channel. Find the full one like fanmade because the official one by mnet channel cut the performances clips so you gonna struggle to watch it in order.

The comeback performances are notorious for too many close ups. Thats why there are usually bangtan bombs showing the full performance with a wide shot still camera. Also, they perform the song multiple times during comeback season, so there are videos out there that show different angles to the performance. You should check out the dance practice for blood, sweat and tears, and spring day, if you havent already 😊
The fall to the push up was removed, because it was too risky. Jungkook hit his chin, and V got hurt somehow as well, I think, so that move was changed later.

They are sooooo good. Nobody sings & dances like them. Everyone is trying to copy them but these guys are really a step above. My favorite video to watch is the 2018 MaMa Award show Performance video. I also like to watch Idol, Mic Drop & Fake Love and my favorite concert songs are: Epiphany by Jin & Euphoria by Jungkook. That will give you some things to react to us. Also: If your are not already a fan. I would watch a nobodies to legends or who is bts? It will help in your reactions. Good luck.

Comparing bts to black pink? Ummm I love black pink but their dances recently have been getting weaker!! 🙄🙄🙄
I have to disagree about BP being strong dancers. I love them vocally but choreographically I am not a huge fan. They have super easy choreos. BTS has very challenging choreos. They are not even close to being similar. BP cannot be compared to BTS ever. BP has a lot of improvement to make on choreos. BTS is beyond what BP can reach at this time.
As a dance myself I'm quite shocked you compared their skills and their choreo difficulty to blackpinks. Personally there isn't even room for comparison. Blackpinks best choreography was Boombayah/whistle. Boombayah wasn't complicated but it required alot of energy and powerful. But SKILL wise, I literally cannot compare. I am sorry but in almost every performance I've seen of blackpink over the last year, their dancing looks incredibly stiff. The moves sometimes seem rushed and there isn't a connection with their emotions to the choreo.
Only 3 is trained dancers, rest learned when the joined the Company, some off theme had never singed Before the joined
Jungkook learned dance when he joined bts, he was a vocalist at first so he went to america and learned how to dance hiphop thats why his moves are kind of similar to jhopes since both use hard moves, not really "smooth" but more like powerful and energetic
in korean shows there is no wide shots only focused

I know this is an older video so I'm sure SOMEONE had told you, but the choreographer of this was Sienna Lalau, she was 18 when she did this. She's with The Lab out of LA. She also did the choreo for ON as well as Black Pink's - How You Like That, and I think three different choreos for Treasure.

You asking for more wide shots after the performance. Yup! That's why they make dance practice videos. Because music shows are really good at showing off the members but are known for often missing the best bits of choreography or being zoomed to far in or out at the wrong time. So bands make dance practices so you can see full choreography and also in its most perfect state. They're not singing and only focused on the dance and also refilm until they have the perfect take to upload.
You may want to check out BTS "Danger" dance practice or "Bullet Proof" or "Boy in Luv" dance practices. BTS is in another level that you may not be used to.

If you want to watch wide shot, if you type in mcountdown bts Boy with Luv and Dionysus "fancams". The TV channel uploaded them for all 7 and for individual shots.
In glad that u like BTS. However, please remember BTS and Blackpink are not the only groups in k pop....it is an entire genre. And in Korea k pop is big business...they have a lot of groups, both girls and boys....they have schools that specialize in it. There are kids that start out at 8 or 9 and sometimes won't debut till they are 18....
There are some groups larger BTS that are sharper and more precise...the groups are Seventeen (13 members) check out their dance practices : "Mansae", "Very Nice", "Boom Boom", "Clap," "Don't Wanna Cry" and my two favorites are "crazy in love" and "Heaven" a collab with another group Nu'est W.....I am ARMY...I know how good our guys are...however u were talking about large groups and how hard it is...check out Seventeen, u will understand what I mean....promise

First it was 20 back up dancers and about that move, they did it for the comeback but each time one or another (except Jimin) hit his chin so you might be careful. They stopped doing it during the live shows simply because it was too dangerous, so be careful. o.o

The falling section where they slide and start doing pushups on the ground has been removed in recent concerts after Jungkook (the main vocalist and dancer) hit his chin on the floor. Thankfully he wasn't severely injured. V and some other members have also lost their balance before standing on their props, and others have had stress on their ankle because of this dance number. Dionysus isn't an easy dance to do, and a dangerous one at that.

Guys...everyone knows that BTS dances are more technically difficult and intensive than ones of BP. Girl group dances focus more on being cute and sexy. They are also very talented in what they do but just different styles.
