Finally got chance to catch up last night. Another rekaxing episode. We actually do watch some TV on our tablet at times. But mainly watch TH-cam or previously downloaded movies. 🙂🐕🚙
Bloomin' cheek asking you to pay for "going for a walk". I'm with Ken, didn't fancy that railway thing either....I'm a nervous flier but never thought I'd be a nervous "railwayer" 😲😜
Another gorgeous waterfall, the way the force of the water has carved out the rock was fascinating. Here in SA we have "Bourkes Luck Potholes" which has dozens of such rounded water features - incredible to see. Aberystwyth is where my English cousins used to go EVERY year - we thought, how boring, but oh - I now see why - what a lovely beach and town ! 💙🦋
Thank you Carol and Ken. The Punch bowl was an amazing sight. You wouldn't want to fall in that after a heavy downpour! You were very lucky with the weather.I just remember Summer being a washout( lol)! Safe travels. See you on the next.

I spent a lot of childhood holidays at Aberystwyth. I didn’t realise you could park along the front overnight. We had a lovely coastal walk from Constitution Hill to the seaside town of Borth. You were very close to one of our favourite walks by Devils Bridge, it’s called Hafod Estate in Cwmystwyth. I think it’s National Trust now. It belonged to Thomas Johnes and he created ‘picturesque’ gardens and trails. Lovely drone footage. Xx

Hello! I love watching this video, what a beautiful view. Hope that you're lunch was good. Hope that you both are having a wonderful time. Have a great afternoon.
That was beautiful country. I’ve only been on one incline railway but I enjoyed it. It had open windows though and ran every ten minutes or so, and that made a big difference. Thanks for the road trip! And Happy Holidays!🐝🤗❤️🎅🏻🎄🐝
I love your departure checklist. Many moons ago, you did a vlog on how to check out overnight spots and stay safe. I've lived by your advice ever since and never had a safety issue. ❤
Another wonderful video, thank you. I felt like I was actually flying on the drone in Elan valley. When we visit Aberystwyth we will walk up and down the hill for the view, thanks for the tip. I look forward to your videos every week, knowing the love and care you put into such high quality production. The length of time between filming and uploading onto TH-cam matters not to me. It's great in the middle of winter with these dark, grey days, to be uplifted by your sunny campervanning adventures. ❤ 🚐🤗 xx

Hello, It's lovely to follow your adventures around the British Isles & what a bonus to see some greenery & the fantastic scenery is a joy at this cold, dank, dark time of year here in Lancashire. Thanks for the video.
Great video as per, I love Aberystwyth, and I've been on that train too. It is very slow 😂 My inlaws live in ceredigion County, so I visit lots It's great to watch you both go around where I have been.
Every choice has its trade-offs. Having done both a Winnebego AND high top van. For touring about we preferred the van. We fit in more places and it was just easier to drive. When we would go to a camp ground and stay put for a long period of time in one place.. then the larger motor home worked best.... so, it really all depends on what your objective is I guess.
Thank you once again. If you ever return to Scotland. I can recommend The Alva Glen which is free. It’s in the Ochil Hills It’s where your Highland Spring Water comes from. You can get it free. The water falls are amazing. It’s in Clackmannanshire. Love your choice of music 👌
Nice start to the day with that drone flying once the mist cleared. You can park in Aberystwth at St Michael's church and the money collected goes back to the church, it a nice little town for a stroll around for certain. Didn't have the issues you had on the funicular, but it may've been the way it was running on the day?
Brilliant video again Ken and Carol..👍... drone footage is excellent.... when you said you going to Argos, I thought you were off to get a Mini 4 pro..😆😆... thanks again for taking us on your adventures...👍🙂🏴
The 3 bridges was overkill in terms of access, they have put down decent pathways so probably charging for that, mind you health and safety is most likely the reason for all the metalwork to make sure people don't fall into the river😁 Great video again, hope you are both keeping well?
Nice video. Unless one has a physical impairment I would advise avoiding the railway and take the opportunity to walk up and down. No overnight parking and height restrictions to car parks have been introduced in recent years due to camper vanners being inconsiderate. More than 99% of the Natural wonders in Wales are freely accessible so I wouldn,'t let situation at Devils bridge unduly bother me I suppose you have the choice as indeed one does at the railway location. Food luck with your travels, hope you enjoy the rest of Wales. Oh and avoid the takeaway's, we never used them ourselves.
Hi.as we know you like milford on sea, they are putting parking restrictions up with parking meters , no definite date as yet but you can Google about it😢
I doubt that you picked the music for any historical reason and I liked it. The mist you showed us when you awoke near the dam, it looked like home! That mist is the reason the Smoky Mountains were given their name. You could have been parked up near the Holston Dam and I would have believed it if you said you were in the states. I thought “what an amazing thing! No wonder most of Scotland who left the island rather than throw out their kilts and pipes came here! When they first approached, it had to have looked just like home”. I remembered that you were in Wales. Well, no, that’s not true. I was thinking that Scotland was a bit ago. When you headed to Devils Bridge, that made things clear. As you were pulling out of the parking lot there, the music came on (absolutely lovely, btw!) I laughed out loud because that music comes from right here! I didn’t think you arranged all of that, but it did make me wonder (again. I am the Wondering Queen!) just how many Welshmen (and women) also came here and settle here. The timing of their “taming” might mean that there was not a mass migration, I will have to read up on that, and where DID they tend to go if they went at all. I tease a Scottish TH-camr named Shawn that there are no Traditional Scotsmen left in Scotland as they all moved here!!! He’s been here a few times, and the locals here hold Highlands Games each year and several Clansmen in Scotland come here to compete. Well, living here, I knew about the games, of course, but did not realize that they were participating in the ‘Official’ games. My father passed his love of history straight down my line and I am forever looking things up. Reading up. And wondering. This was a FUN video and it truly felt like you were traveling right here where I am. Would be wonderful if you did but the cost of shipping Snoopy would be very high, driving on the right would mean a lot of driving for Carol, but you are more than welcome to use my apartment as a base for showers, laundry and whatever you need. Great video! Thank you, VERY MUCH!!!
