has anyone had any issues with these? it keep blowing the 20v batteries not sure if its a faulty unit, they are new batteries and after 1 use they fail and wont charge must be the hedgetrimmer is faulty as it has blown two batteries .Has anyne else had this issue?
I've just bought one and it is 'The GOAT!' just cut 185 Foot Hedge and only used 1/3rd of a 4AH Battery I've never had much luck with Cordless Hedge Trimmers but this one is different, this one actually does the Job in Style Very Light and in many ways even better than my Mains powered one, I'm not even sure how I ever managed without it and only cost me £29.00 And has exceeded all my expectations Thanks to Andrews Review
I was looking for this question and it makes perfect sense. I have three 2Ah batteries and only one 4Ah, so I could be cycling through the three 2Ah batteries while the 4Ah stayed on (and charging the 2Ah ones that are not in use while working with the other two).
The tool and batteries are too heavy for a hedge longer than 10m. Imposible to work with it. The single battery Parkside hedge trimmer is a way better sollution.
@@kayacato-guler6495 it is like going to the gym. Seriously now, my hedge is 36m, both sides need trimming and also height trimming. So, weight is important.
@@adrianafloroaie7233 I understand mate, but my point is this is a more heavy duty tool therefore aimed to be used all day etc, it’s not heavier than a petrol counterpart so impossible to work with is a bit ridiculous
@@kayacato-guler6495 i do my 36m x2 sides with a parkside that has one battery. Actually I use a smaller 2A battery rather than a 4A one because of the weight. I have many Parkside tools that I consider great, but a hedge trimmer with 2x4AH is too heavy for my job.
Where in the states can you get the pro tools I don't see lidl selling them.

Had the same problem just return it and you will get a working one the second one I got worked just fine
Mine just making a clicking sound in the motor and doesn't work.
2nd one I have to return.

@@slavoljub91 You can use it, but 2Ah has not enough current for 40V machines. So working is a too short time. Go for second 4 Ah.

Impossible to work with ? Would love to know what you think of the clearly obsolete petrol hedge trimmers 😂
