Pastor Sam, you always preach the ideal situation....but in Africa eeeh..... The problem usually start when a leader is busy loving his followers, they will be busy planning his downfall. African followers will do everything possible to make sure that their leaders go down. So the leaders usually comes in prepared for fight to secure his position.....so the cycle continues...IN AFRICA, FOLLOWERS ARE ALSO WICKED

Possibly true but the truth is they for got the will lead at one point sometime... Which is why they require hate, tyranny and underhandedness to survive...
As he would often say a person can't break the law, one can only break themselves against the law....
That one was lead like that is not reason one should lead that way...
But everyman to what works for them..
I do get your point thou...

lol @ secure his position. If all or majority of your followers want you out, it is not your position. If just a few are plotting, that’s ok. Leadership doesn’t say expose yourself. Wisdom needs to be applied. Give everyone the benefit of the doubt, note your biases so that you take conscious effort to treat everyone equitably …for those you find their hearts are right, correct and forgive. For those whose hearts and intentions are evil, weed them out.
