A very interesting interaction between Bonita and Calou! The kicking by Bonita looks a bit surprising and yet does not seem to be angry. Nice to see them both having a roll in the dust.
Good morning Margaret!! It is is it..? the kicking Bonita does, that is her way of play and showing that she likes you. I admit directly it was for me a learning process in the beginning as well, she does that to humans in her play as well. With her you have to keep eyes everywhere. Knowing it is her way of saying I like you, it´s easier to deal with. Unknown might feed fear in thinking she is dangerous, that she isn't. She is just a lovely Donkey clear in speaking proper donkey language. In this clip she is in her heat, trying to invite Calou for some romance, but he like to keep the relationship platonic.. ;)
