I got to see Marcus play in London in 2024 and it was amazing, such a cool guy, the other musicians were amazing, and his tour manager was a very nice man.
As far as I can tell as an owner, Sire has the best basses in the world- the only minor issue was that it was a little heavier than others... Well, happy reigning Sire, you're now the pinnacle of bass.

Jesus fucking Christ, why are there no standard black basses. Every fucking goth, punk and metal band needs a plain black bass for unity of aesthetics. Why does it always have to be an unpainted headstock or an open pore finish or an uncoloured back or a maple fretboard. The ONE thing every company should offer is a bloody plain solid black five string bass without trying to get cute about the design.
Would it be better to get a "proper" person to do these reviews..?. These companies are making high end products... Its not an "attempted" comedy show.. It makes a farce of it all..

It's as light as the original fender marcus miller 5 strings. They decided to get the same weight as the original fender MM 5.
