      "D-DAY IN REVERSE!"
Yes, it's an invasion by fascists, E.g. Farage and co, using fear of other people to get power.
Why do you think that political parties owned by rich people, dedicated to helping the rich, spend so much time money and energy getting poor people to believe the reason they're hard up and the country is going down the tube is because of a tiny number of destitute people. Nothing to do with the fact that the rich have taken all the money.
Clue: They're not on your side.
It's a simple bait and switch trick, get gullible people voting to cut immigration, then when you get into power you cut taxes for rich people and make life crap for everyone else.

I agree with you, but unfortunately I think labour will get in this time, I will vote for reform too, and many other people, we need to give someone else a chance, see if they can do any better, I think that we need a people's party, made up of ordinary men and women, people who know what it's really like to live in modern Britain, people who have had to struggle to get by in life, not a load of posh fools who have never known what it's like to go without anything in their lives, we need your ordinary man and woman , and they have loads of advisers and experts so it's not like they wouldn't have a clue what to do.

Get all the thousands of armed forces who, it seems to me, have nothing better to do down to the south coast and start returning the invaders before they have left French waters. We are sick of the dishonesty of denying it is an invasion and that towns and cities up and down the land are being adversely affected.

What worries me is that the main parties are both committed to doing nothing about any of the problems the country has. The trend has been less and less people vote, because they can’t bring themselves to vote for either. Reform should fill that gap, but not if that party has no one apart from Nigel Farage. I am concerned that at some point this countries invaders will gain critical mass and take over. First in criminality but then also in government, just like in Northern Ireland amongst other places.

If I recall history correctly, it only took 40 years for the whole leading Aztec culture to be completely undermined and then disappear after the Spanish arrived and took over. Think about it.

You should take a deeper look at how the many tribes of Central and South America actually died out. The Spanish were very small in numbers but managed to take advantage of inter-tribal warfare which raged all over the territory. Read John Elliott, the best British historian of the Hispanic World.

Umm. In the context of this discussion with Farage about the UK. My point was not specifically about the Aztecs or muskets per se. It is about how a long established populace and culture can be undermined in a matter of decades without the use of overwhelming brute force. The unstoppable overthrow of a nation's religion, beliefs, values and culture by insidious means can achieve that.

Still possible they might not. Anyone old enough to remember clearly the 92 election. The media were saying Kinnock was nailed on to win or hung parliament at worse, but John Major got a decent majority. What was key there was a big turnout. Moral of the story, you have to drag as many people out as possible to vote Reform.
