I own X Pulse 200 4v since oct 2022. From Mysuru, I traveled many times to Mudubidiri via madikeri, a total distance of 240 kms with only one stop at sampaje. Bulu bhai, it's true as you told about the bike regarding ride and maintenance. Bike completed 11 K kms. and still ride feel is same as a new with 45 kmpl. seat is modified with extra cushion for added comfort so that I can sit for more than 2 hrs at a stretch. Bisle ghat ride was memorable for me with my beast. Only one drawback is back button Tyre and which slides on highways as we apply sudden break. One should be experienced to control the skid. Madikeri rainy roads are to be maneuvered with caution with this bike or gives a off road trail !!. tube tyre is a scary for solo rider. center stand is required at the time of fixing punchers (we faced 2 times).

Hello bulu sir.. As a proud Xpulse 4V owner I would say.. I have done 7000 kms ride from chennai to Rajasthan and gujarat on my xpulse.. with only 1 service midway costing 650 rs only. It's excellent for off roads and trails Excellent for touring..relaxed body posture... Max touring speed is 90 km/hr all day. Excellent for the city because of good lowend and less weight Pocket friendly and simple motor Parts are easily available anywhere and cheap Only drawback is tube tires !! I love my xpulse4V
How your service cost only 650... during service engine oil needs to be changed and it cost around 1000....so how come your servicing cost only 650 or you did without charging the engine oil….?
I bought on august 2022. Till now 17k + km with 6-8 months riding gaps.i am very satisfied.drawing a city mileage of 42kmpl n highway 43-45kmpl n did few offroading too. Its amazing till date. I still feel great. August 18 2022 n 1st servicing was on 28th august 2022 riding 980km in 10 days. Servicing n maintainance amazing. I hv put an wooden beads to prolong comfortable rides for long drives. My chain sprocket was changed at 15580km. This bike is best for bangalore traffic it rides away through cuts because of its lightweight and on bad n bumpy roads amazing .people still look when I am riding this. Many ask who dont know xpulse thar "himalyan ka naya version aaya kya". Trust me himalyan is quite a heavier one not so easy as Xpulse 200 4v

@@RS23545 yea I see so many people riding in the cities and highways but the company's prime target is off-road ability that's why they made tube tyres, but not everybody owns multiple bikes like for highways, cities and off-road so at least company should make optional like tube and tubeless with same wheel size and same body design apart from T variant.
I'm Owning Rally Edition since over a year now.. This machine is just pure adrenaline. About the road stance, people will love its unique presence, specially it excites kids every time. I agree with all these points Bulu Bhai. I have 2020 December xpulse 200. The newer models are way more refined and have a better seat. But other than that, it’s been amazing 3 years with a lot of touring and offroads. Adjust the rear preload to your weight and you’ll have a bike that you won’t even realise is going over meteor craters of Bangalore roads.
Hii, i completed 25000 km on my 2023 xpuse 200 4v. Esme 15000 km me engine ka kam nikla crank bearing ka wo warranty me change ho gaya then 22000 km pe rear suspension change karna pada wo bhi warrenty me ho gaya. Ek bar puncture bhi ho gaya tha rear tyre so usme main stand nahi tha to bahot problem aya puncture nikalne me rear wheel niklane me or firse jodne me problem rehata he. Bad road me sahi performance he highway me jaise aap ne bataya waise engine struggle karta he And abhi main stand lagvaya he to to double seat me har ek speed breaker ko ghis ke jata he. Main stand ke bina chain clean or chain lube ghar pe nahi kr sakte or paddock stand se lift karne ke liye sari gurd hatvana padta he. Bus suspension bahot badhiya he.
Even I purchased the bike when it was launched in 2019 October, in just 2 yrs the mono shock gave up when I went to the service centre they said maybe you're doing alot of off road hence the shock up gave away , being sold as an adv I found this very weird answer, after changing the shock up in a year it again had a break down same as last time hence this time I got it repaired, secondly it give 30KMPL which is very bad , and such low power on top of that , and very less service centre

mere pass last batch 2V hai last bike in Maharashtra. bhai maine kya kudai hai bike. hardcore off-road, trails pe, powerslide, wheelie. muje farak nahi padta seat se bhi. maine non stop 200 km stock seat pe kiya hai. fully satisfied with performance.
Bulu bhai, you should have taken an OBD2 bike.. It is very different from the 4V you have used for review. There is a change in the foot pegs that makes saddling extremely different from the 2V & 4V models. They have done some upgrades on the electricals and has pretty good lights too.

I have xpulse T version which has touring tuned engine, lower seat height, tubeless tyre, travel ready suspension.So T version has some more advantage compare to normal xpulse and better than other street bikes.

Agree with you fully Bulu Bhai 💯 Excellent bike to own either as a primary one or a secondary bike. I also own a Honda CB300R. I've done a ride from Bangalore to Karwar a total of 535 kms recently, ofcourse with seat modification. I can only say I am super impressed by the performance. Cruising at 100-105 was a breeze through out the day. Reached in about 8 and half hours. I give this bike a 10 on 10 for performance, comfort, ease of riding. Anyday Xpulse 👍👍
200cc ka highway pe kya kaam. nobody would believe 200cc is good enough for highway touring. vaise to honda activa bhi 100kph ja sakta hai but its not ideal.
Hi sir Aditya this side , sir i have recently brought xpulse pro , it's a brilliant bike , i am owning classic 350 , interceptor and Avenger . This bike definitely feels underpower , the overall setup of this bike is brilliant, sir i small feedback, we would actually want to know how the bike is to be ridden, like on off road on road , no one talks about the behaviour of the engine , if you could tell more about the gearing range , engine behaviour , the suspension setup for pro , the handling stans , it would help us ride the bike better.

I purchased in 2021 . 30k km clocked did 1 long rides of 5k km in extreme off-road condition. Totally satisfied. Here are the cons : 1 . Maintaining speed of 70-80 feel effort taking compared to D390 but you can ride 80-90 in highway all day . 2. Braking . You cannot expect sharp brake from an adv . There is a dive while sharp braking 3. You cannot ride it like you stole it in traffic . Engine meant for calm riding. 4. Seat is a genuine issue and has to be solved. Pros : 1. loved the way it rides in slow speed . Put it in 1st or 2 nd gear it will climb anything❤ 2. Suspension ❤ 3. Lightweight❤ 4. Very very cheap to maintain ❤ 5. It gives a peace of mind and happiness to own this bike . Last paid service cost me ₹ 950 they picked up from home and delivered again + they replaced chain tensioner ( in warranty)❤ I am satisfied 😊
Bulu bhai, good review. As per my ownership experience I agree to some points and not fully agree with some. I liked the suspension and it shines on bad roads/off roads. I did not liked: Engine, fit and finish quality, breaks. I agree this is not a long tourer, like appx 600 kms in a day, of course you can do it but not advisable. On highway the nose dive is evident it causes lot of trouble in high speed breaking, rear do not have ABS so it slips. I had engine oil leakage within 1 month of purchase. switchgear is flimsy. There was rusting below speedometer and on rims in just one monsoon. The engine is a biggest drawback, it does not have any character neither it is silent or powerful or refined. The 21"-19" wheels setup is overkill for this engine. A 19"-18" wheels combination would have worked. Also I think the unit which I received had a faulty fuel pump because revs were inconsistent. I raised this issue, even on twitter but it was unresolved. I was not happy, so had to sell it after a year. It is still a solid bike but only in specific roads/regions. I will encourage people to rent it rather that owning it.
I have done kolkata to kutch ride on xpulse 200 4v, on an average i used to ride 500-600 km per day! Awesome machine it is! It depends on owner skill no bike is waste! I think u better deserve costly bikes
But bhai, I heard many complaints that engine will need to be opened by 30k kms by many customers who did servicing on proper time. Is it true? I intend to buy one, I currently own a R15v3 which has excellent motor for the highway, I.e easily cruise at anywhere between 90 - 130 kmph speeds and still give 40-45 kmpl mileage but the thing is I end up with hand pains if I ride very long, I'm managing by taking breaks and it's decently comfy with rest breaks. But I'd like to buy one xpulse just for offroad and highway use but the reliability issues that come up here and there bother me. Should I buy one still?
@alzig2061 Absolutely true. The R15 is super fun and irreplaceable. I just intend to use xpulse as a secondary bike for offroads but I heard engines giving out in 20 - 30k kms so I didn't get one.

Main ise kharidneka soch raha hu. Kya iska milage 40-45 milega mujhe? Kuch jaga 35 dikha rakha hai kahife 50 vi dikha raha hai. So actual kya hai wo samajh nehi araha hai. Mujhe 40 ke niche milage hone pe problem hoga. Aur mera hight 5.7-5.8 hai toh kya main ise handle kar paunga? Main college me scooty use karta tha aur dostoka r15 , Husqvarna wagera chalata tha. Kya ye suitable hoga mere liye?
They are working on it. But some issue appeared with the product during final testing. So they're working to fix it. They want to deliver a more finished product later but not a unfinished product sooner. I think their approach is good. Source: Motorinc YT channel

FZ25 was discontinued in 2023 before the BS6 phase norms. And Bulu bhai won't review the fz25 , he never recommended fz25 ever to anyone when it was in production 😂. He recommended all other bikes except that bike for city and highway.
@@TUHIN_SVLOG1970 RE is good but 350cc engine won't excite you like FZ25 because its for low end torque and relaxed highway cruising. RE Hunter 450 is coming in few months and that's based on Himalayan 450 sherpa engine and platform 😀. So wait before you take a decision. Take a test ride and then decide what you want.

i think xpulse lacks 2 neccesory things.
1- tubeless setup
2- i think it should come with xmr engine. more power
T version has tubeless tyre, moderate seat height and touring tuned engine.
It's an off-road bike, doesn't need a tubeless setup

The bike is good. I'm waiting for the xpulse 210. It is rumored to have a 6 speed gearbox which will be very Beneficial for long tours.

What is the mileage? In comparison with when it was new and after 20k km
Xpulse is a very good bike if Hero can improve the engine.
1- Better fueling esp in lower RPMs ( for conjusted City rides)
2- a 250cc engine .
I love this bike except for tube tyres which is deal breaker for me, can’t ride with anxiety of puncture always !

Does the new xpulse also have fuel pump issue, and require crankshaft replacement after 20k kms?

Excellent bike to own either as a primary one or a secondary bike. I also own a Honda CB300R. I've done a ride from Bangalore to Karwar a total of 535 kms recently, ofcourse with seat modification.
I can only say I am super impressed by the performance. Cruising at 100-105 was a breeze through out the day. Reached in about 8 and half hours. I give this bike a 10 on 10 for performance, comfort, ease of riding. Anyday Xpulse 👍👍

200cc ka highway pe kya kaam. nobody would believe 200cc is good enough for highway touring. vaise to honda activa bhi 100kph ja sakta hai but its not ideal.
Hi sir Aditya this side , sir i have recently brought xpulse pro , it's a brilliant bike , i am owning classic 350 , interceptor and Avenger .
This bike definitely feels underpower , the overall setup of this bike is brilliant, sir i small feedback, we would actually want to know how the bike is to be ridden, like on off road on road , no one talks about the behaviour of the engine , if you could tell more about the gearing range , engine behaviour , the suspension setup for pro , the handling stans , it would help us ride the bike better.

I purchased in 2021 . 30k km clocked did 1 long rides of 5k km in extreme off-road condition. Totally satisfied.
Here are the cons :
1 . Maintaining speed of 70-80 feel effort taking compared to D390 but you can ride 80-90 in highway all day .
2. Braking . You cannot expect sharp brake from an adv . There is a dive while sharp braking
3. You cannot ride it like you stole it in traffic . Engine meant for calm riding.
4. Seat is a genuine issue and has to be solved.
Pros :
1. loved the way it rides in slow speed . Put it in 1st or 2 nd gear it will climb anything❤
2. Suspension ❤
3. Lightweight❤
4. Very very cheap to maintain ❤
5. It gives a peace of mind and happiness to own this bike . Last paid service cost me ₹ 950 they picked up from home and delivered again + they replaced chain tensioner ( in warranty)❤

Bulu bhai, good review. As per my ownership experience I agree to some points and not fully agree with some. I liked the suspension and it shines on bad roads/off roads. I did not liked: Engine, fit and finish quality, breaks. I agree this is not a long tourer, like appx 600 kms in a day, of course you can do it but not advisable. On highway the nose dive is evident it causes lot of trouble in high speed breaking, rear do not have ABS so it slips. I had engine oil leakage within 1 month of purchase. switchgear is flimsy. There was rusting below speedometer and on rims in just one monsoon.
The engine is a biggest drawback, it does not have any character neither it is silent or powerful or refined. The 21"-19" wheels setup is overkill for this engine. A 19"-18" wheels combination would have worked. Also I think the unit which I received had a faulty fuel pump because revs were inconsistent. I raised this issue, even on twitter but it was unresolved.
I was not happy, so had to sell it after a year. It is still a solid bike but only in specific roads/regions. I will encourage people to rent it rather that owning it.

I have done kolkata to kutch ride on xpulse 200 4v, on an average i used to ride 500-600 km per day! Awesome machine it is! It depends on owner skill no bike is waste! I think u better deserve costly bikes

I also love Xpulse and Visited Mumbai-Shirdi and I can't believe i have got 55Km to 60 Km mileage on Xpulse on this Bike.

But bhai, I heard many complaints that engine will need to be opened by 30k kms by many customers who did servicing on proper time. Is it true? I intend to buy one, I currently own a R15v3 which has excellent motor for the highway, I.e easily cruise at anywhere between 90 - 130 kmph speeds and still give 40-45 kmpl mileage but the thing is I end up with hand pains if I ride very long, I'm managing by taking breaks and it's decently comfy with rest breaks. But I'd like to buy one xpulse just for offroad and highway use but the reliability issues that come up here and there bother me. Should I buy one still?
Engine of the Xpulse is a big downgrade after a Yamaha. Slight vibration gets annoying after 75kph on the Xpulse.
@alzig2061 Absolutely true. The R15 is super fun and irreplaceable. I just intend to use xpulse as a secondary bike for offroads but I heard engines giving out in 20 - 30k kms so I didn't get one.

Mujhe 40 ke niche milage hone pe problem hoga. Aur mera hight 5.7-5.8 hai toh kya main ise handle kar paunga? Main college me scooty use karta tha aur dostoka r15 , Husqvarna wagera chalata tha. Kya ye suitable hoga mere liye?

They are working on it. But some issue appeared with the product during final testing. So they're working to fix it. They want to deliver a more finished product later but not a unfinished product sooner. I think their approach is good.

FZ25 was discontinued in 2023 before the BS6 phase norms. And Bulu bhai won't review the fz25 , he never recommended fz25 ever to anyone when it was in production 😂. He recommended all other bikes except that bike for city and highway.

RE Hunter 450 is coming in few months and that's based on Himalayan 450 sherpa engine and platform 😀. So wait before you take a decision. Take a test ride and then decide what you want.
