Great video. Generally, you will need a car to live off the beaten path. My realtor friends in Colombia, Florida and Idaho say sales are almost nonexistent. Prices may drop in the future.
VERY informative. I'm looking at places now, online in Canada. So knowing the different areas & their proximity to beaches, stores etc helps a lot. Which ones would you suggest are best for Airbnb investments?
Thanks, and for watching! I'm glad you found it beneficial. To obtain answers to further questions, kindly donate or hire me for consultancy - simply email me at info@educatedtraveler.info Cheers! Mr.T

Hi there! It's a mix, as properties owned down here were usually paid in cash by someone who sunk their life savings into that property, so folks here are determined to get at least what they think it's worth, and some want more due to inflation and most know the comparable cost of constructing something from scratch (which is now at least double compared to pre con-vid-19. Sometimes there are bargains, if someone is motivated to "get out", yet I don't hear of that very often. I hope that helps - Brgds, Mr. T

These prices are Diabolical
Well, we can only blame the globalist cabal, as those bastards make everything go up!
You are running way way too fast in all off your run…
:-) The clips were purposely sped up in the video to shorten it.
