Mam... My patient is 5 years old.. She haven't no more neck control..now she is able to sit with support... She can get up from squating position and she is also able to climb stairs.. But she have poor strength in both lower limbs.. Left leg is comparatively better than right leg.. She didn't able to stand without support. always use supporting aids like standing frame and gaitors. She have flat foot and suffering from excess adductor tightness and that make her legs cross.. Adductor hamstring calf stretches are always applied.. But still there are no more changes in case of cross leg.. Mam. Please suggest an effective method to reduce cross leg.. Hope your reply.

Great video my son doesn’t have cp but was vaccine damage at 4 months after that he became very floppy he did started getting therapy after the first year and a half he had it every other week or once a week then after 4 yrs of age they put him on a break 😩almost 2 yrs I did a few excercises at home but maybe not the right ones it was hard putting him in certain positions especially if u don’t know 😩he is now nine and back in Pt but now is harder for him an me because he’s so heavy he also has hipotonia what I noticed is that he’s muscles are very tight and he gets tire easy.i mention about Botox but he said he doesn’t need it so what excercises do u recommend?my son can stand but can’t walk
