Thanks. Just found Manly. Or he found me. Helps to save me from my fear. Fear for no real reason. But sadly, Manly is unknown compared to all the frauds and fakes. We should share him when we can. Many young people need him and can understand him.

Been listening to these for about a decade and just came across this channel, which contains some of the best and rarest lectures. Love that old school style. MPH is in total flow when he is philosophizing. Interestingly, his voice is significantly different in this time period than his latter years. I find him more captivating and giving off a different sort of energy. Thanks for sharing these!

PEOPLE SLEEPING ON MANLY P HALL, NOT ME! - I SPEED THESE UP TO 1.25 OR 1.5 AND RIDE OUT IF ITS A LATE NOTIFICATION, I DO NOT WANT TO MISS A WORD MPH SPOKE. I MIGHT NOT WAKE UP TOMORROW. THANKS TO THE MANLY HALL SOCIETY FOR UPLOADING THIS.

I have discovered that if we learn slow down our thought process and meditate on the lecture at normal speed we find it much more appealing. We should reflect on and process what Master Hall is saying rather then rushing through it to gain some knowledge. ;-)

@@divergentstreams9378 yes that is true. Let me explain my ride out comment for ALL to understsnd. why i use 1.25 -1.5 spd , When i get a notification of a new release lecture, usually i have time to regular listen right away and do my normal replaying over the next few days. So I listen to these right when they come out even if it is late and i have to go to sleep. I "put it on .25 - 1.5 and ride out" means just that at this time of night. I dont care what im doing or what time it is i get a new one in no matter what before i go to sleep and replay it when i lay down, put it on repeat until i wake up then the next morning. Then once im up and at it i replay the lecture again regular speed while im doing stuff in my shop. That night when i go to bed i listen with earbuds in. if you try this, you will find that you can hear manly talking as if he is talking to you in your head when you think about things pertaining to the subjects he has spoken on. my avatar on google is actually a picture of him when he still had black hair. ill reply here from my channel , im just using my daughters moms tonight because we have premium on this one.

@@divergentstreams9378 True, but sometimes I am also thirsty for knowledge and my mind can sustain this information at 1.25 with total clarity and therefore no problem with that. In both cases, it is good to listen to Manly P. Hall. Then I can meditate. It depends. Much love to you all!

@@tbtmistybreunig5476 I have to put it at 1.25-1.5 because his pace feels so slow that I find myself daydreaming/meditating/contemplating the implications with sidetrack-thoughts of the things he says and then suddenly realize I missed what he said for like a minute or two straight LOL! When I speed it up I can stay right with his words and take every bit of it in without distracting myself by relating the material to my own life or other things... The pace is then perfect for not becoming lost in my own mental chatter, projections, or imaginings... :)

1:12:27 We are not built for idleness and anyone who believes that idleness is a reward is gradually demoralizing himself and that is why the status symbol of being able to be wealthy enough not to work is one of the most dangerous and deadly patterns that humanity has ever devised. The non working group with this kind of leisure nearly always falls. It can not remain, it has no roots in Life Value.

50:00 to 51:00 hilarious, literally had tears in my eyes from such a soulful level of laughter at just how true it all is. I think Manly may have missed his true calling to be a comedian.

Well fear is built into us as a survival mechanism and too many people have been desensitized not to trust their own instincts and intuition or told their legitimate fears are irrational etc. So people need to reconnect with their own inner wisdom and learn proper discernment.
