10g gelatin
■Milk jelly
330g milk
70g heavy cream
15g sweet condense milk
35g sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
100g milk
10g gelatin

Great recipe. Only thing, if you freeze ice cream like that the ice crystals will be huge and sharp in the mouth, ie, not smooth at all. Best to use ice cream machine or at the very least agitate the ice cream if you just put it in freezer.
