Uncle Suru features two of Nigeria's most iconic musicians, Simi And Adekunle Gold and produced by the talented Seyikeyz. The song has been referred to as the song for all dreamers in the world. According to Music icon 2face Idibia Uncle Suru is a "beautiful song that everyone will feel connected to." It is an ode to Suru, a friend who died in a Boko Haram car bomb blast in Kaduna in 2014. The song is about not giving up on your dreams no matter the circumstances that befall us.
