This is what happened to my Hotpoint washing machine it did this and then when I switched it off and then turn it back on again at the wall it seems to work again which is very weird
i think this might be a pump error / stuck drain pump. I think last time i got this error when a toothpick blocked the pump from draining. I have evidence on this because theres still water in the tub.
Sadly, this happened to my washer too. But it’s even worse. It wouldn’t turn of and then I turned off with the ON OFF switch. Then I tried again but it won’t turn on. Once again I turned the ON OFF switch off and then back on. Finally it was turning automatically on but the programs were stuck. I tried again, finally it worked.

Fixed my f06. There is a small tube that got unplugged, its some kind of sensor for the door. I just plugged it back where it must be

F06 means the door interlock is broken on Hotpoint/Indesit washing machines

,I think it might be for the heater or the pump but what's crazy is the amount of machines that break after you get them, 🤣😜
call hotpoint out and ask them to fit a new board maybe?
