TY!💕 Can you also do ankles??? I've always had tiny wrists and ankles. Even at age 18, if i ran from the car to the house, it wasn't uncommon for my ankles to fold. Still happens to this day depending on my shoes, simply walking (@55).
I stretch my fingers and wrists while I walk on a treadmill. It is a way to save time by doing 2 things at once. In theory, I could stretch my neck on a treadmill, but mentally, it is difficult to walk in a straight line while my head is turned. For the strength exercises, I usually rest my forearm on my thigh near the knee instead of on a table.
My flexion and extension is fine, but if I turn my hand vertically - as if to shake a hand - and move the fist vertically, the muscles/tendons below my thumb ache. I'm 68, but I'm a gamer and a painter and both are getting more difficult now. Will the towel wring help that?

I'm 55 and had my both wrists fractured 16yrs ago, and now they do pain. Will be doing this exercise for sure.

When my wrist gets extra painful then I get trigger finger ?
My left wrist click when doing the first two exercises not painful just cklicks. My wrist and elbows are always painful at night
