They just buy the machines, I get what you mean I'm also trying to find how do they industrially crack and separate. Separation is easy you can see the various shaking machines with filters or rollers etc. But splitting shell and separating the core out of the softer inner parts... that's a bit trickier but then some machines may just smack the crap out of the nut so it all falls apart where as by hand I can extract whole nuts just halves, whole. Still halves and separating them from the shell industrially is something I would like to see inside the machine too, might have to find the manufacturer etc. And these are regular walnuts too, not black walnuts which as a bitch to process for anyone and anything.
