Some pieces stand on their own. On solo guitar unit I think Jupiter was as close to perfect as it could get. Not to imply anything negative to the quartet. They are wonderful in their own right. Just expressing my opinion and I have both versions on CD.

@@ColinMacPhail. Cheers Colin. Innes has spun his magic here no doubt about it. Then we tweaked, collaborated, and rehearsed it all to this point. It was certainly written with texture in mind, and the strings have brought that to life in this version.
