  • The Walls of Dubrovnik and the Old Town which they surround are possibly one of the most picturesque places we've been. We start the day by walking the walls of Dubrovnik early to avoid the tourist and cruise ship crowds then explore the gorgeous streets and alleys of Dubrovnik Old Town.

      You're going to love it, such a stunningly gorgeous place. If you're looking for a special meal for a night out, go to Kopun (ask for Ana, tell her we sent you) check out our Dubrovnik food tour, it's in there. We've been twice and it's always a memorable, delicious meal.

      Hi! This is so nice of you to say, thank you so much! We hope to go back to Croatia one day. It's such an amazing country and there is so much we haven't seen yet! Right now we're exploring Asia for a while, which is amazing too! But one day we'll come back, the food is too good and the sea too beautiful, and the Croatian people too kind to stay away.

    Hi! What is the name of the ferry company mentioned? I am looking to schedule a car ferry from Split to Korcula and then Korcula to Dubrovnik (if it's even possible to schedule). By the way, I love your videos! They have been such a huge help to me and my husband in planning our Croatia trip coming up in just a couple of weeks. Huge help! Thanks so much you two!

    • @PureDetour
      @PureDetour  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi Stephanie! We booked our ferries directly through the Jadrolinija website. There are several ferries daily from Split to Vela Luka (which is on the island of Korcula.) When we had the car we got from Korcula to Dubrovnik by taking another Jadrolinija ferry from Korcula to Orebič, then driving about 2 hours to Dubrovnik. If you do that route, make sure to make a stop in the town of Ston for the beautiful walls and the town of Mali Ston for the oysters! (we have a video about Ston if you're interested too!) So glad you're finding them helpful, thanks so much for watching!
