There's a lazer tag arena in my hometown called Blazertag that was built out of an abandoned single-screen movie theater. The lobby was turned into an arcade, while the theater was turned into a three story tangled mess of pillars, crows nests and catwalks. and blacklight murals. So, so many blacklight alien landscape murals. The reason I bring it up is cuz they blasted this exact style of hardtrance right alongside of what I'd come to recognize were PPK resurrection, Carte Blanche, etc. The guns and the vests were HEAVY with bright lit-up ping pong balls along the thing as targets (and team color coding), and if you wanted to get close enough to get shots off or get into higher ground, you had to RUN, turning the whole thing into an adrenaline fest. Four teams of ten to fifteen on the weekends, absolutely massive. The adrenaline and the blacklights and the music just fused everything together in my 11yr-old mind, and my penchant for dance music began there. Ever Since, bedroom raving since '09
