What a lovely card! Thanks for more inspiration using the Karin Brush Markers. I’m sure in you mentioned previous videos that you tended to use these markers with a particular brand of watercolor paper. Is it the Strathmore that you used in this video that gives the best results?

Hi Amy….recent subscriber here…..love your card today! I’m a novice compared to you so I don’t own any of these supplies/products but I love your technique. My question is off topic from anything you’ve created. I recently bought Tim Holtz Stampers Anonymous set called Snarky Cats…..I’m seeing on videos that Sizzix came out with a 15 piece die set that cuts out all the snarky cats as well as all the sentiments in the stamp set. I can’t find the die set ANYWHERE! I’ve tried EBay, TEMU, all the online craft stores, Pinterest…..no luck. Do you hv a suggestion that would help me find that die set? I’m on a quest….I MUST hv that die set! Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! 😊
I will never recommend Temu ever - everything they sell is stolen designs and there are tons of articles and videos out there (including ones from legitimate news sources that hired scientists to test items) proving a lot of their products are contaminated with lead and are legit hazardous to peoples health. That plus they're ruining the crafting industry and steal designs as well as pics (mine included) to promote their stolen designs. OK rant out of the way. That die set was discontinued many years ago and the only way to get it is to find it second-hand from a legitimate seller.
@@PrairiePaperandInk Got it! Thank you for the info…..I had heard your same comment from other craft influencers about TEMU. I wouldn’t normally buy anything there for the reasons you listed but I am desperate to own that die set! I guess my only option is to continue waiting for someone to list it in their eBay store…..😩 Thank you for your quick response to my question…..very gracious of you since my inquiry didn’t even pertain to your creation 😌
and even if you did find it on there it wouldn't work properly b/c they steal designs by scanning the images/outlines from online listings so the proportions are always off, the dies are garbage quality (many people have been screwed over by that and find they don't cut properly and bend and twist) and most contain lead (toxic to come into contact with and can be absorbed through skin contact). You may be desperate for that set and I do hope you find a real one but it's not worth getting a knock off IMO :)
