Wake n bite was actually good channel before 2019 they used to eat in limit and also used to do fun challenges like "guess the food inside the box" or "losser will eat lemon" etc but from 2019 when ulhas khamte has came everything has spoiled now they just eat to erase their Hunger satisfaction.
By doing such actions it may rarely not increase body weight but will have adverse effect to our heart, whole digestive system, may cause cancer, diabetes, blood impurities, etc. Just because you are exercising and not gaining weight doesn't mean you are healthy. There is a possibility that your metabolism is low because of which food are not digested efficiently.
Mostly it wastes food and encourages others to do so that it is great. But those who don't understand that videos are not 100% real what they show. Its just cuted scenes 😅

You know I used to feel cringe about these muckbang videos until I got the other perspective, so one of my friends told me how she was very skinny and not fond of eating since childhood but surprisingly, no matter how much cringe these videos might get for some people, it actually helps a lot of people increase their appetite. That's why these videos have so many view, people are not a fan of seeing these people eat but just the realisation of increasing an appetite just by seeing someone eat is enough, that's why these videos get so many views from all across the world.
