Definitely not selfish. He is the most selfless player in the side. Its frustrating when he plays slow but he has no option because on the other end Babar is out of form so he always have this pressure to anchor the innings.
See a positive criticism is always needed to whom he was proving to us no he needs to prove to himself that he can play t20 ...no body is against rizwan and babar but they need to show the intent atleast if they are not able to score then they should do something out of box this is need of t20 here there is very less time to settle down just do the damage in 20-24 balls and make quick 30s and 40s no one is interested in 50s and 100s ...the need of hour is to play fighting cricket
