I tested Spendor 3/1 and PMC 25.22i at the same time (this can be seen in my other videos). Spendor 3/1 has a smooth sound with a powerful bass, for relaxed listening . PMC more detailed with accent on treble for serious audiophile listening.
@@JoJanDiezel none of them are perfect, but if the price is twice the difference, maybe it's worth thinking about PMC. You may only need a sub if you like heavier music.
