Siddhraj Z+ is an ideal daily tropical luxurious experience to be at. It has a dreamy, resort-style retreat ambience to pull multiple outdoor spaces together for a cohesive existence. The overall idea for the design was to connect the residents with the outdoors always either, physically or visually. Wherever you are at Z+, one gets a splendid view of the outdoors and can feel rejuvenated. Siddhraj Z+ was designed around the theme of tropical landscape with modern architecture. The goal was to design Z+ like a beautiful story, unwinding itself to the visitor, one chapter after the other, from the moment you enter till the moment you reach your destination. The objective was to give the residents a new and enchanting experience with each step they take. Each tree or plant, every stone or tile, all the details and patterns used throughout help us achieve this purpose fully. All the walls, internally and externally, were clad with carefully selected stones, tiles and engineered wood to give the space an unparalleled feeling of earthiness. It also perfectly met our client’s first brief of the holiday home being a space for him to forget about his worries while not worrying about cleaning all day. The minimalistic interiors are studded with spurts of luxury, be it the wall finishes, the fabrics or all the amenities of a modern day boutique space.
