I've not tried that with Bloom but as you can edit the popups and can add links you might be able to remove the email subscription - however that is what Bloom is made for. You'd be better off using elementor popups, optinmonster or thrive for referring affiliates - the latter 2 being better as they would allow you to track analytics.
