The History of Tasik Dayang Bunting

Pulau Langkawi is one of tourist center that famous for its beauty and the uniqueness of history and legends that occur there. One of the famous place is Tasik Dayang Bunting. It is famous for the unique shape of the archipelago that resembles a pregnant woman lying down. Based on the shape of the archipelago, there are many myths and legends that are the reason why the island is shaped as if it were human, such as the legend of Mat Teja and Puteri Kayangan.
