There is trouble in the Scandinavian forests. Fish and trees are sick and the owls can't hatch owlets because their egg shells are too thin. David discovers the cause to be acid rain falling from a polluted sky. He tracks the pollution to its factory source and one particular polluter, the Bunchmobile factory. Mr. Bunch disregards the environment impact warnings of his employees and plans to step up production. David intervenes and tricks Bunch into a family vacation trip to Memory Lake where Bunch fished as a child. It is beside this lake that David enters his napping mind and inhabits his dreams.
