While these seem like a handy idea as you point out in the video the transfer speeds are slow.
For the cost of these adapters you'd be far better off buying a couple of really good quality USB-A to USB-C cables or a USB-C to USB-A adapter to convert the cable that comes with the iPhone 15 to use on most USB-A equipped devices.
