I haven't actually been to Anthrocon yet but I am looking towards going. On the website, you can register online and I believe you can buy tickets online as well. If you don't buy tickets online you can buy them on site. There is pre-registration. And if you are looking on going to go, reserving a hotel room for the number of nights you'll be staying probably would be the best idea! There are a couple close hotels by the Convention Center!
