Yeah he should have used total = pay - total
Or check condition if pay < total
But it's okay though since english is not his first language so he kinda mixed it up

The owner of the chain of restaurants John Macintosh wants to promote his BIG JOHN by creating a
meal deal which includes chips and a soft drink for $9.50 and the meals are available for delivery in
the Rockhampton metropolitan area including Yeppoon, his Yeppoon restaurant is one of the most
popular.
The cost of delivery is $2.95 per order.
John Macintosh wants to encourage customers to order more meal deals per order and he has decided
to give customers a discount for the more meals ordered.
The discount pricing scheme is as follows
One or two meals $9.50 per meal plus the delivery charge.
More than two meals the cost of the extra meals will only be $7.50 per meal.
If the customer orders four meals or more then there will not be any delivery charge.
