Ghanaians are not people that hold each other accountable especially when they know they can benefit. Where in Gh are there not regulations but see the abuse. Am saddened when I hear our elders speak like that, just stop them for now! If fishermen are stopped from fishing certain times why not miners, the water bodies are getting worse each day. No rationalization and deliberation, it should be done like yesterday!
