I started intranasally at 45mg and went up to 60mg on the first day, then today from 60 to 75mg and this thursday we're starting at 90mg.

I have TRD / GAD and, some SSRI meds would take away almost all of my dizziness. (For me, it's definitely related to anxiety). The effects don't last but a month and, I'm back to feeling really dizzy. What I'm hoping is if I start out slow, the dizziness will go away. From there, I'd be able to handle to take higher doses. Has anyone else had issues with that and it made them less dizzy? That's what I'm most worried about. It's hard to find someone with those specific issues. I'm running out of treatment options. (Tried meds/TMS/therapy)
