The other evening I was in Estonia visiting schools and was able to attend a student concert at the Concert Hall in Tallinn. One of the joys of the evening was Uku Suviste backed by the boy's chorus singing "See maa." I didn't know who he was ... I thought one of the seniors, but I was so impressed by his stage presence and his voice that I looked up his name on Google later that night. Turns out, Uku Suviste had returned to his alma mater to perform with the boys chorus led by Lydia Rahula who had been his teacher when he attended the school many years earlier. I am now a fan.
This is amazing! My favorite song this year. The more I listen, the more I love it! And knowing how good Uku is when singing live, I am sure he will absolutely nail it on stage.
his performance totally sold an otherwise typical love ballad. I dont think ANYONE else this year could have pulled this off. I stil remember several years back (2014?) when Lithuania had multiple contestants, but they all had to sing the same songs, and eventually a given singer and then a song were selected. Vilija Matucianaite (?) I think it was with "Attention", and the infamous rubber tutu thing.. with handholes.. Bwwahahaha.

Eesti tegi õige valiku ning saatis Eurovisioonile parima laulu ning parima laulja. Usun, et Uku oma kogemustega ei vea Eestit alt.
Parim laulja tõesti ja suure publiku ees esinemiskogemus, aga millegipärast pakuvad ennustustabelid meile hetkel alles 33. kohta. Kas laul on liiga vanamoodsalt ilus ja eurovisioonilik? Paremini lähevad peale millegagi üllatajad. Eks näis.
@@ullarende1122 Neid ennustustabeleid ei tasu alati uskuda. Viis aastat tagasi olid Elina ja Stig kindlad favoriidid, kuid Eurovisioonil jäädi seitsmendaks. Seekord võitu loota ei maksa, ent esikümnesse võime mahtuda küll. Eurovisioon pakub alati üllatusi ja tulemus pole kunagi ette teada.

Да даже если бы Евровидение не отменили,то вряд-ли бы вы проголосовали за Эстонию,так как по прогнозам она бы не вышла в финал,да и вряд ли бы вы из России (если,конечно,это так) проголосовали,так как Россия и Эстония в разных полуфиналах.
Высокие ставки на Эстонию были бы если бы отправили Яякупа Туска (хотя и Уку Сувисте тоже нравится,особенно когда ему пророчили 3-е место в национальном отборе).
