the focus here isn't solely on the cpu but rather on the combined performance of the CPU and GPU. If the intention is to compare processors directly, lowering the resolution is a valid approach to minimize GPU influence
The issue here is not that the 5600 is more powerful than the 5500; it's that the 5500 lacks PCIe Gen 4.0 support. Please compare the two CPUs using a PCIe Gen 3 GPU or at least a PCIe x16 GPU, such as the RX 6700 XT.
@@AliAli-do8kz I understand that. However, this video isn't just about CPU limitations; I'm focusing on how the processor performs when it's GPU bound and comparing the RTX 4060's performance in PCIe 3.0 x8 versus PCIe 4.0 x8.
i think the different between 5500 and 5600 at pcie 3.0 are not much, so yeah wat make 5600 much better than 5500 ar pcie4.0, the rest almost almost the same
Hello. Your work is excellent, great. I would like to ask for a test; RYZEN 5 4500 vs RYZEN 5 5500 or RYZEN 5 4500 vs RYZEN 5600. I would be very interested in how big the difference is with, for example, RTX 3060 or RTX 4060 or RTX 3050 8GB. I'm not a demanding user, and I know that this processor is unnecessary for many people, but it would be enough for me, as I'm looking for a 6-core processor with 12 threads, and therefore I would be interested in the difference in performance that I would actually see. Thanks to your amazing work, one can make a good decision about what is worth it and what is not. Thank you very much.
I have ryzen 5 5600g rtx 4060 32 gb ram ssd 1 tb other from 2 tb my only doubt is the ghost of tsushima i have good fps but after 1 hour More less i have memory leak is something from the game? happy new year good video :)

ur 4060ti now run at pcie 3.0 x 8, that's why...... but if u switch to pcie 4.0, u'll have more 5-10% performance ( i mean some game can go over 10% maybe 15% )

In most games the performance was down to the GPU capabilities, use a lower resolution to compare the processors directly.

Great video! Can you do this with the RX 7600? Thank you!

Yo tengo el ryzen 5 4500 con una rtx 4060, mi duda es si hace mucho cuello de botella para poder actualizar a un ryzen 5 5600/X 😅

A 4060? lmao
i use 5500 with rx 6700xt its awsome except for few scenarios
The 5500 + RX 5700 XT is a better combo.
@ y u think that may i know
@ dont tell the word bottleneck
can someone help me out on which card I should go for as both cards are almost identical :( ??
It’s not card it’s cpu
i think on cyberpunk 2077 you should showing actual gameplay not in game benchmark

The difference will be even lesser on 1440p

5600 consume 2x more power then 5500 on same fps
Just use a real graphics card, bro.

You can limit the power consumption to 35 watt or make it similar as 5500
