- P&S Brake Buster - First Use, My Thought and Dilution Ratios
Having heard a lot about P&S Brake Buster, I thought it was about time I tried it.
This is my first real look at it, and I go through some dilutions that it can be used at

Neat in a foam cannon 💯! Can’t beat it.
Greatings from the States.
P&S break buster works great. You can really see the browning on neglected tires . Their carpet bomber and terminator work well on pet stains and odors.
Hello Mat, great video, the P&S works well, using it while having a dry wheel seems to work better.you must have good neighbours 😊.
Glad you like it, I only use GT wheel and P&S Brake Buster at 1:1 in a sprayer.
Sorted the sound now 👌
Thanks for video, I've been using like you at 1:4 and been really pleased with the results. Re other wheel cleaners, Autobrite do at least 2 that could be worth a try, Very Cherry & Britegel.
Yes, sound now is better 👌😜
This also reminded me of the VP bilberry wheel cleaner, which I haven’t used for a while, but it would be interesting to see a comparison of those two
Adam’s Tire and Wheel great Cleaner and now I have just purchased there Eco Wheel Cleaner to see if its not too aggressive
Good cleaner brake buster I do prefer duel axis through a foam sprayer I find axis one of best I’ve used
Be great to see a test of normal wheel cleaners
Try yums car wheel cleaner
The! so beautiful ~goodbye.
that camera shake in the end made video more real imo 🤷🏻♂️
Tell me about it.... The in body stabilisation went crazy half way through. The second half took 3 or 4 takes, the final being with IBIS switched off!
You've been to the factory so why not include Car Chem's Alloy Clean?. No iron removing capability there.
That was about 5 years ago! 😅
I used this today for the first time. First just sprayed direct onto the wheels diluted 3:1. Was dry with in 45 seconds. Wasn’t sunny/ hot either. Then on the 2 nd wheel wet the wheel first and got the same result. Feel like I’m in the minority here but for a first impression I’m pretty disappointed after buying because of how good the reviews are
I know what you mean, at 4:1 I noticed a little drying.... Going to try it more diluted to make it "wetter"
@@TheDetailingSpace I’ll give it a go too. I wouldn’t be as disappointed if the reviews weren’t as good. People make it out to be gold dust
@@MrJSBurnit’s much better if you use it in a foamer, it doesn’t dry out so fast👍🏼
AB Just Wheels and GT Wheel Shampoo are 20ml/l of water. Lets say 250ml for 4 wheels. So 5ml v min 50ml of BB. BB has to be 10 times cheaper for it to even get a look in. And store a 4l container v a 500ml bottle. its simply not competitive
200ml BB to 750ml water perfect. Straight/Neat is too expensive at $50 AUD a gallon.
👍👍😊
Go with the market and test this against the likes of Auto Wheel.
If you dilute, keep the ratio the same for all products.
Technically I should dilute as per instructions....
@@TheDetailingSpace good point, you are right. I was thinking from an economic point of view.
I could try pushing other products. Technically, Brake Buster has no dilution instructions, which would suggest that it should be used neat
Good video,Tryed it out a few weeks ago found that I got the best results after leting it sit on the wheel for 5 minutes found it made a big difference with the cleaning power 👍
I generally just use Gyeon Bathe on my wheels with wheel MIT and two buckets rather than sprayers and special wheel cleaners as mine generally get washed every 1-2 weeks. Is there really a need for these products after they have been brought back to their best, or is this designed for someone who doesn't wash their car much? What are the advantages of these types of products? I used a fallout remover every 6 months when I take the wheels off.
Did DW make you a few quid?
No idea. I never owned DW, I just do the videos
