Bobber Suzuki LS 650 - Else - custom exhaust Auspuff

- Das ist der leichte Umbau meiner Suzuiki LS 650
Da der große Einzylinder nicht die Aufmerksamkeit bekommt die er verdient, habe ich einen günstigen custom Auspuf ohne E-nummer gakauft und dran geschraubt. Allerdings musste ich ihn noch mit einem DB-killer ausrüsten den ich eingeschweißt habe.
Weitere Umbaumaßnahmen könnt ihr in dem Video ja sehen.

When you changed the seat, where did you hide the electrical parts and battery? Your bike looks cool. Thanks
the savage doesn't have much electrics. Everything is under the seat. The battery is in front of the rear tyre. See at 0:53. Behind the exhaust
Bump your idle speed up a bit bro. The oil pump in a LS650 requires a minimum idle speed to push oil up to the valve train. These engines CAN go 300,000 miles IF, well maintained. (Oil changes, valve lash adjustment, timing chain tensioner replacement at 15k, etc.) Best wishes!
Great job! Could you please add some photos about the decomp switch? Do you turn it back once starting the engine?
Unfortunately, I have already sold the bike. The decompression lever goes back immediately after actuation.

I Love the forward controls for the Shifter and Brake. Where did you get Those. I am a Tall Man and could use the extra 6 inch's on the Shifter and Brake. What's the Link to where you got those?

If you don’t mind me asking.. where did you get / what is the brand name of those fork uppers?? The black covers. Also wondering about the forward control foot pegs? Very nice job on the bike by the way, she looks wicked!
You can google fork covers. But these are/were homemade. Just like the forward positioning of the footrests.

Geil gelöst sieht mega clean aus bin gerade auch dabei ne savage zu bauen hab die ganze zeit im video die Batterie gesucht 👌😁 stay safe saubere arbeit

it is spray film from foliatec matt black. because the paint underneath looked good

Weist du ob man überhaupt eine e-Nummer oder abe am Auspuff braucht wenn das bike vor dem 04.1994 zugelassen wurde?

Aonde tá a bateria?
Wo hast du Batterie und das andere Gedöns unter der Sitzschale hingepackt?
Die Batterie kannst du bei Sekunde 50 hinter dem Auspuff sehen.
Luftfilter wurde durch einen offenen ersetzt.
Der Rest ist unter dem, leider noch zu großem, Sitz verteilt.

Nein, bis jetzt noch keine Probleme gehabt. Auch nach 400km am Stück mit kurzen pausen nicht.

La batería está delante del neumático trasero. Mira en 0:53 junto al tubo de escape.
