I feel this podcast is specifically aimed at people who lack nuance and get persuaded by jingoistic hyperbole far too easily. This man rates Jaiswal higher than Brooke. Thats his opinion, and he is entitled to it. But he says so because Jaiswal "nearly scored 2 100s at the MCG". What he completely brushes over (and isn't ever questioned) is that Jaiswal scored 90% of his runs on 2 of the flattest pitches of the series, Perth and Melbourne. In the rest of the games, he couldn't buy a run. His first three 1st innings scores were 0, 0 and 4. Similarly, he was far from successful in SA. Also Jaiswal's team lost the series in Australia 3-1....lucky not to lose 4-1. And also LOST 3-0 at home. England might be over-hyped, but atleast they haven't lost 3-0 at home.....since the 1980s.
