Totally late to the party, but this was so fricken awesome to watch!!! :D I was hyped to see it, the effects sounded great. I re-watched twice to just appreciate how much went on, that and I like rewinding things to absorb what awesomeness I just watched. I'm so happy to have been a part of this, it was quite a fun time recording those lines trying not to giggle in between lines and trying to remain in character. So is no one going to question why the Predator suddenly breaks the honor code by attacking Charles and unarmed man in a wheelchair? Shooting missiles into a school full of children? Or holds an unarmed Rogue hostage threatening to kill her unless Logan surrendered without giving it a fight?
He broke the honor code earlier when Logan was Weapon X, Logan says it himself, at a certain point, it wasn't about the hunt anymore, the Predator was doing this out of Pride and Revenge. So long as it got to fight Logan one on one, it didn't care about the honor code. Based off Logans dialog after giving himself up, the Predator was likely going to take Logan somewhere secluded (be it earth or space) so they could fight uninterrupted.
@@eonnexus I would’ve preferred that the writers kept him following the code. It’s more interesting reading or watching an honorable hunter rather than a Bad Blood that acts like your typical villain/monster.
@@Predatorwarrior18 tbf, it's not like it lost all of its morals and became a typical villain/monster, it just started caring more about Logan SPECIFICALLY than it did hunting in general. They fought a total of 6 times, the first time Logan outsmarted it and escaped, the 2nd time, Logan killed the members of its race that it brought. The 3rd was when it acted more on revenge & pride, likely due to the deaths previously, the 4th showed that it had become interested in ONLY fighting Logan (ignoring Muramasa & leaving when The Hand interrupted them), the 5th time at the mansion was more of a statement, "no more distractions, we settle this now." It just wasn't expecting to get jumped. XD And the 6th time was when Logan agreed and invited it back himself. Logans monologue at the end likely speaks the truth about The Predator as well, by the end of it all, they were true rivals that enjoyed this "game" they had with eachother, hence why Logan keeps the dagger out of respect/in its honor.

I felt that the young Yautja went rogue after the first couple losses. Became vengeful and obsessed, negating code and rules just for the kill. Not at first, but after he saw what Logan was and capable of, it set his course. He hunted in a group at first, meaning he was being blooded, he hunted alone after 1st contact, leading me to think he went "Bad-Blood/rogue" to make it more interesting. Just a theory. You guys have some very valid points of discussion here. 👏

I swear i just saw Variant Comics do a quick telling of Predator invades Wakanda and as i was listening i was thinking if only there was a channel that actually narrated the comics as the characters themselves and hey presto the next click (very next) i get is this channel. Honestly sometimes the algorithm works for me. This format could really blow up if there were dedicated voice actors for specific roles like women for women and a few more people to give it a sense of reality and we as listeners are hearing different people voice out different characters but still im loving this.
Well, Im building a cast of diverse actors now. Luckily this one only had 1 lady, haha. Newer ones have as full a cast as I can. I still enjoy doing a lot of the voices just cause its fun, and experience and practice. Funny you mention that Wakanda. Marvel just did Predator vs Black Panther, and I'm casting for it now! MWAHAHAHAHAAA! I'm so stoked. Thats a crossover I've wanted since i was 12 years old.
